What a perfect delight! A strange find, off the beaten path, but the cuisine, and it was cuisine, was delicious. It rivalled many of the great restaurants we’ve been to in Puglia. This is a place for real foodies, not the for those who want glitz and glamor but for those who truly care about unique flavours and originality.,The atmosphere is also offbeat — surrounded by artifacts all belonging to the Knights Templar. One last note: the owner also makes his own chocolate and I’ve never tasted anything like it! It had a mushroomy, tinge of truffle, amongst many other flavours (chilli, cinnamon , turmeric). This place is a gem. You’ll not have an experience like it elsewhere.

This restaurant is uniquely personal and completely different, the waiters all treat you like family. There is no food list, you go there and everyone gets the same food, which varies day to day, but its always delicious. Its the most italian feeling you can possibly get (there is even karaoke in the evenings, free desert and rum) 3 it was wonderful, hope to visit again one day.

Delicious food. This restaurant is prix fixe. No menu to order from. But it is extremely good. I still think about the cheeses I had a this restaurant, the pasta and the vegetables. Absolutely delicious. The only minor ding is that small kids are full price even if they eat very little of what is brought. Will definitely go back.

WOW!! What an unforgettable culinary experience! Five stars don't do justice! it feels like stepping into a home. The dishes were superbly cooked, and we indulged in every bite! Severino, the owner, provides top-notch service, treating guests like family.Such a wonderful place with amazing people! Endless options of meat, fish, starters, mains, along with wine, water, digestives.. all for an amazing price. We relished each bite, especially the homemade chocolate!AND not to forget: live music! simply outstanding experience!! We had a wonderful time here—no need to say more! We can't wait to come back!

This resturant is a jem! You have to know that the menu they provide is huge (at least it was a lot to eat for us even though we were hungry). The antipasti were all crazy good, my preffered was potato with truffles and rosmary and cime di rapa con fava beans. For the main I took gamberi rossi grilled for 1 second each side, just amazing. The chef is a very energetic man who isvery skilled at what he does. The food was literary flying out of the kitchen at an amazing pace. Fascinating experience at this very local and genuine place. Would always come back (hungry!).
